Refund policy

Welcome to ViralKart (viralkart.in).

At ViralKart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Unboxing video is required for damaged/incorrect item claims (mandatory).

⚠️ We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection (please check size chart before ordering)

  • Minor color variations due to lighting/screens

  • Items marked as non-returnable

2. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@viralkart.in

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the product

    • Unboxing video (if damaged/incorrect item)

    • Description of the issue

Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

If approved:

  • We will arrange reverse pickup (where available), or

  • Ask you to ship the product to our return address.

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

  • Customer must provide bank/UPI details.

4. Replacement Policy

If your item is defective or damaged:

  • We may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on stock availability.

  • If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • After 12 hours, cancellations may not be possible as the order may already be processed.

6. Non-Delivery or Lost Orders

If your order is not delivered within the estimated time:

  • Please contact us within 7 days after the expected delivery date.

  • If confirmed lost by the courier, we will issue a full refund or replacement.

7. Refund Processing Time

After approval:

  • UPI/Bank refunds: 3–5 business days

  • Credit/Debit Card refunds: 5–7 business days

  • It may take additional time depending on your bank.
