1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Delivery Time

Since we work with trusted domestic and international suppliers, delivery times may vary.

  • Standard Delivery Time: 5–12 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–15 business days

  • Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

We strive to deliver your products as fast as possible.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping across India on most products.

  • Any applicable shipping fees (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

  • You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch.

5. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time:

If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund as per our policy.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If you need to update your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

7. Partial Shipments

In some cases, if you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.

You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment if applicable.

8. Cash on Delivery (If Available)

  • COD orders may require confirmation via call/SMS.

  • ViralKart reserves the right to cancel unverified COD orders.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.
